REFUND POLICY

Due to nature of our service, we cannot offer fully refund when order is partially or fully rendered.

Clients can request partial refund if the quality issues occures.

Clients can request full refund wihtin 24 hours from delivery. In order to be eligeble for refund, user should not stream any channel more than 30 minutes within first 24 hours. Otherwise, user will be refunded after 2.99EUR is deducted from total payment.

Clients cannot ask for refund after 7 days if there is no quality issue.

Client can request partial refund in case of outage which takes more than 48 hours.
